After you finish a purchase you will be immediately taken to your member area (Library) where you can access/download your course/plugin/etc.
Also, your login/download links are automatically and instantly emailed to you. These will be sent to the email you entered on check out.
Sometimes people confuse which email they entered so please check all of yours including your PayPal email.
Please also check your junk mail, Gmail tabs, and any other spam filter. You can also drag my emails from the Gmail "Promotions" tab into your "primary" inbox. If you do this a few times Google should learn that you want to read these.
The best way to fix this is to add our email address to your address book / safe senders / google contacts / white list.
Other times people accidentally misspell their email and their login details get lost.
Here's the steps to take if you can't log in.
- Check your junk mail and gmail tabs for our auto email with your log in details.
- If you can't find it, go to https://www.basskleph.com/login and click "forgot password" to get a new password
- If it say your email is not recognized then try your other emails
- If it still doesn't work then you might have misspelled your email at checkout. You can then send us a message and we'll get it fixed for you.
